Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is the manipulation of soft tissues of the body including muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments, and joints. Massage therapy is a clinically-oriented healthcare option that helps alleviate the discomfort associated with everyday occupational stresses, muscular over-use, and many chronic pain conditions.

Julie Leroux, RMT, graduated from Elegance College in Cornwall in 2023.

Julie understands that massage therapy is an integral part of injury prevention, rehabilitation, and overall health. Through Julie’s active listening skills, she is able to work with patients to create the most effective treatment tailored to their needs. Her compassionate and holistic approach to massage therapy blends her therapeutic knowledge with the natural healing power of the human body to create a unique and soothing treatment. Using a light to moderate pressure, Julie’s treatment style is fluid, grounding, and calming – she incorporates cupping, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, Graston Technique and gentle therapeutic stretching.

When she’s not working, you can find Julie enjoying the outdoors typically in her garden with her two cats.
